The principle of Communal Labour

When the number of the workforce is great, greater work is done but when the number of the workforce is small, smaller work is done. The exempt principle of well-behaved and workaholics counts here.
Similarly, communal labour would finish a work meant to be done for a week to be done in a day. Feed the labourers well and this maximum productivity would be yielded.
