The principle of Communal Labour

When the number of the workforce is great, greater work is done but when the number of the workforce is small, smaller work is done. The exempt principle of well-behaved and workaholics counts here.
Similarly, communal labour would finish a work meant to be done for a week to be done in a day. Feed the labourers well and this maximum productivity would be yielded. Sparingly and partially feed them, and then you waste time, energy, money and company. You lose other than gain. Where’s the workforce? And Who is the owner of the work? Maybe you. Do it well, I beg.
